Aims & objectives

AIMs:
This is about design thinking model, visualization tools, data presentation, ideas management - all this while strengthening your creativity and innovation using your project ideas. Read more and apply before the deadline!
OBJECTIVES:
1.To provide participants with tools on design thinking and data visualization as problem solving method
2.To support participants in developing their competences to create a visual presentation for their ideas
3.To offer them opportunities to strengthen their creativity and innovation
4.To create a space for collaboration and common projects between participants
5.To give an overview on alternative methods of project planning
6.To help participants to be more aware of the value of Erasmus +: Youth in Action program

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

15 participants from: Hungary, Spain, Italy,
Poland, Croatia, Norway, Bulgaria, Denmark, Netherlands & Greece.
Most of the participants where youth workers or youth leaders. There was also a teacher of primary school in our group.

Training methods used & main activities

We were combining data presentation, ideas management and design thinking model. The variety of the methods was huge, but always in the base of "learning by doing" and deebreafing the conclusions in the little working groups, and in the big group after each step of the design thinking.

Outcomes of the activity

This training has mainly the aim to help the participants to learn how to:
-use design thinking and data visualization tools for their ideas development and creativity inspiration
-present their ideas in the best way using visualization techniques
