Aims & objectives

The aim is to enable participants to learn themselves better and this self knowledge will serve them better in finding a job. The youth workers are in a position to apply their learning to their work with young people after this training course.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

24 participants from: Italy, Moldova, Czech republic, Slovakia, Turkey, Armenia, Estonia...

Training methods used & main activities

Reflection, active methods, evaluation, performances; individual, in pairs, in smaller groups and collective group.

Outcomes of the activity

In many of the participants' community there are initiatives to improve the employability and starting social enterpreneurships. More info in our Facebookgroup.
