Aims & objectives

It was a training course with the aim to fight against the pessimistic view of the current world economical situation, which leads young people to social exclusion, and presented itself as an opportunity to develop new attitudes, presenting social and business actions that can contribute to change, in times when these are extremely necessary.

The project was focused, on one side, on the Social and Sustainable Entrepreneurship topic, on the other side on Collaborative Consumption and Shared Economy topic, presenting them as an innovative economic model and as a different perspective on how interaction between people can really make the difference in quality and sustainable lifestyle.

The objectives of the training course were:
- Raise awareness towards SSE and its opportunities among the youth workers from promoter organizations;
- Promote use of SSE tools in youth work, sharing best practices and equip youth workers and other young people by competences and methods for their personal and professional development;
- Explore the CC and SE topic and present them as innovative methodologies to develop new tools and workshops in the youth work field
- Present Collaborative Consumption platforms as a feasible way to finance project ideas
- Opening reflection regarding the global challenges, such as ecology, poverty, accessibility and providing the space;
- Strengthen sense of initiative, entrepreneurship and creativity of the project participants and other stakeholders;
