The project aimed to create a strong, solid and up-to-date network of organizations that promote, coordinate, host and send volunteers within the framework of the European Corps program
of Solidarity.
The main objectives:
1. Create a strong and strategic network of ESC coordinating organizations
2. Share good practices and common difficulties in order to create protocols of joint work to improve the quality of the volunteer experience during the project, but also before and after.
3- Become aware of the importance (and challenge) of preparing/sending/hosting participants with fewer opportunities, with physical or mental disabilities or with physical or mental health problems. How to be supportive during the experience and what impact your participation has on your life, on the project and, also, in the other participants.

- A reinforced European network of ESC coordinators and mentors with an active chat for support
- Protocols of good practices that are simplifying and unifying the daily work and increasing the quality of the support given to the young ESC volunteers
- An increased knowledge and practice sharing in the topics of sending and preparing volunteers, hosting volunteers, social, mental and integration support; integration of volunteers with fewer opportunities; Self-care and the importance of limits
Supporting in coordinating the program and activities, leading the workshops.
