Aims & objectives

CITIZENS' DIALOGUE project is focusing on supporting young people and youth organizations on inclusion initiatives and create inter-generational dialogue especially after COVID period extremely necessary dimension in European societies.
Partner organizations encourage youth to take initiative, to be active and to try to produce change in their daily lives and in the lives of others. Nevertheless, we’ve seen stereotyping and discrimination by our own youth and this is how we realized that the young people that we work with have a very close-minded view when it comes to working with disadvantaged people. Therefore, together with our project young participants’ project planning meeting, we decided that we want to help our friends, colleagues, and peers and to show them that global changes in society begin with the first step, even if we are young and consider ourselves not experienced enough in this area.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

-56 youth representatives and activists from 7 EU countries
-young active people willing to further get specialized on youth participation and empowerment in their own initiatives
-trainers team was composed of 3 experts people from PL, NO, BU

-interactive workshops

-individual consultations

Outcomes of the activity

-group of 56 motivated and enthusiastic young ctivists ready to lead the workshops taking responsbilities and creating initiatives on the vulnerable youth and local populations in Europe
-action plan for future projects organised in cooperation within NGOs
-exchange of knowledge and further cooperation among the activists

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

-senior trainer and international expert on youth participation & empowerment
-preparing the YOUTH PARTICIPATION and training concept and program followig the comprehensive programme review and needs analysis
-composing the team and preparing the programme
-full time trainer and facilitator during the training
-cooperation and follow-up after the training through consultations on the capacity building of NGOs (implementing partners) on youth participation

I worked on this training for 8 days as a full time trainer.
