Training methods: Specific feature of the training was that it consist of two parallel working groups : Exploring Daily Day Activities and Outdoor Activities in one TC. Participants were be able to benefit from one of it (regarding the choice made prior to the course) and in common sessions sharing, evaluating and discussing their experiences.
Outdoor education and the use of environment as a resource and added value for intercultural learning were the main methodological reference of the working group I was responsible
Participants developed their own education tools around intercultural learning using outdoor and daily day elements related directly with their own daily work.
There was a constant feedback towards the relevance and innovative approach of the training that led to follow up training courses in the following years.
I was trainer and programme designer. I was responsible together with Halit Mirahmetoglu and Nina Arnus for the outdoor group.
