This project was the second edition of the TC C4C, held in October 2017 in Lisbon, organised by Ha Moment and managed together with Associazione Agrado.
After having tested the potential of the learning sessions and seen the successful results in participants in the first edition, we wanted to carry out this second edition in Italy, with some changes and improvements and new partners.
This edition had its focus on how develop communication and cooperation competences in youth workers using non-formal methodologies, in order to apply in the International Youth field, and in daily activities between youth workers and youngsters, with special focus on inclusion and group diversity.
The project wanted to improve the subtle communication skills (and their connections with relationships and values) of Youth workers and organisations providing them competences, tools and methods to address their work to marginalised youth - especially at risk of exclusion and with violent and risky behaviours.
Countries involved were: Italy, Portugal, Germany, Belgium, Hungary, FYRM, Lithuania, Croatia, Cyprus, Romania.
20 participants (Youth workers) from 10 organisations.
We used non-formal education methods and tools like Team building, posters, discussion, world cafè, videos, empathy cards, Dixit cards, evaluation and self-assessmnet moments.
