international activity.
This training course was designed within the KA2 project LYCIS - Local Youth Councils at the International Scale and gather LYC members from 6 countries
The team of trainers was composed by me and Marija Krstevska and supported by two other people in terms of logistics and communication
During the TC, the participants were able to see a variety of practices and models of management of LYC and of mechanisms and structures that support such practices, as well as to transfer this experience into their own local reality. This allowed to build knowledge to start the content development of the Quality Charter and Toolkit created later on.
During the days of the activity, it was initiated the reflection that led to the development of the Quality Charter on Participatory and Inclusive Local Youth Councils

Participants also gained skills and knowledge to support their peers and other LYC members and increase the quality of the work done by these structures..
With Marija, we were in charge of designing the educational programme, ensuring a quality learning process for all the participants
