- To promote self-awareness and wellbeing as key attributes of happiness and harmony in human life and relationships.
This training course was for youth workers, trainers, educators, peer educators, youth leaders & those who work or are connected with young people both paid and voluntarily (Over 18 years old) from all over Europe.
Non-formal Learning methods.
We worked a lot using break out rooms and jamboard as active working spaces to share common understandings on the topic.
Group sharings were used to share outcomings to contribute to personal and group reflections.
We archieved to create an interesting online learing space in the uncertain times of covid-19.
Due to the use of the break out rooms participants also really felt connected with the other participants which resulted in open invitations to visit after covid.
This was beautifull for us to see as facilitators since it confirmed to us that you can also create connections and proximity in online courses.
I worked together with two other trainers in creating and facilitating the online workshop.
