We have been using self directed learning, experiential learning, group and individual work, and creative methods.
-Assess critically their capacity, reality, and community.
-Monitor the achievement of objectives submitted in accreditation
-Learn the ways of monitoring and measuring the results of each activity.
-Plan future activities until the end of the Programme period.
-Develop a resilient mindset of youth workers and organisations.
-Evaluate the quality of their services to young people, youth workers, youth organizations, youth sector, local community and stakeholders.
I was one of the trainers, especially developing and delivering sessions on stress and burnout, resilience, and sustainability.
Petar Dukić is part of a trainers team that prepared and implemented new training for organizations holding Erasmus+ accreditation in youth. The topic of the training was challenging, but the trainers team managed to respond to all the needs and successfully implemented very useful and needed training that is certainly worth repeating regularly as this is the only training course in the network supporting accredited organization.
