I am cultural historian, researcher and Executive Director of Lernlabor. In the last five years, I have developed and implemented numerous educational and cultural projects in Germany, Ukraine, Greece, Norway and in Mali. I have researched and published several articles for SALTO on the topics of solidarity and the impact of COVID on youth participation.

Trainer, Researcher and Writer
As co-founder and Executive Director of Lernlabor, I coordinate and lead a team of experts in the fields of education, culture and the arts. We recently we conceptualised and implemented the innovative hybrid arts project a:part–Berlin-Poltava. Moreover, in our first year, Lernlabor was awarded funding for an international Erasmus+ Training Course and two local European Solidarity Corps Solidarity Projects.
Previously, I worked for Fusion - Intercultural Projects Berlin e.V. In this capacity, I successfully managed the conceptual development, application and implementation of two Erasmus+ Training courses, Learning With History and The Expressive Mask and implemented a German-Greek Training Course on the topic of Migration Societies. I also oversaw the organisation being awarded the European Solidarity Corps Quality Label.
I have also taught history at both the Humboldt University in Berlin and the University of Edinburgh.
I have a PhD in contemporary European History from the University of Edinburgh. I also hold an MSc and an MA. I have studied at a number of universities and research institutes, including the Free University of Berlin and the University of California in Berkeley.
