Current occupation

Free lance trainer & educator

Work experience

Loving my job in international youth work field, working as a non-formal education trainer and expert for Slovak National Agency, SALTO I&D, NA Jint Belgium and other youth institutions in the European field.
I work as a free lance trainer, devoting myself mainly to the topic of Quality in learning mobility (working as the admin of the Q!App and in the core team for the Quality wave project).

Educational pathway

In the frame of formal education I graduated from Masaryk Unviersity in Czech Republicm in the field of corporate management. In my studies I gained a lot of valuable knowledge about managerial and leadership skills, and got also practical experience abroad by doing internships.
In non-formal education I have got the core of my experiences in my own organization by organizing of our trainings. I adopted bountiful methods of project/ngo/event management, fundraising, how to design a programme, activities, how to choose and adjust methodology for training courses. The other great source of my experiences in the field were training course of my partners, where I was training and mentoring on several projects.
All this knowledge, together with skills and attitudes have been creating the great environment, where my work means a passion for me and offers motivation and interest of youngsters.
I do believe that Youth work is one the most meaningful and powerful way of creating better tomorrows...
