Trained in youth conferences, workshops, trainings and camps in parts of the world. Topics trained include intercultural theories, intercultural learning, intercultural communication styles, conflict resolution, experiential learning, cultural adaptation, global citizenship, European values, Turkish cultural adaptation and lenses, group dynamics, teamwork and leadership styles, effective facilitation and project management.
