Natalia Seriakova

About:

Natalia was born in Russia. She graduated with a degree in pedagogy and philology. In 2001, Natalia moved to Germany. In 2008, she co-founded organization, JuBuK, for which she now serves as director. Natalia has led many successful educational projects. Since 2009, she has trained others in the areas of diversity, inclusion, gender and interfaith dialogue all over Europe, Africa and Middle East.
Her main focus is in development of skills in international youth work.

15 years of professional experience with different NGOs as a trainer, facilitator, a manager, youth worker and co-ordinator of educational, social, development and cultural projects in Europe, Africa, Middle East and Central Asia.
-Expertise on field of non-formal education, youth policy and social work in Europe
-fundraising and resource mobilisation skills as well as administrative skills connected to project management
-freelance trainer in different educational projects and European youth projects on inclusion, human rights, minorities, active participation, cultural diversity, gender.
In 2016 the trainer made job shadowing in the Institute for Youth Development in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan
In 2019 coordinated development project in Malawi
In 2019 the trainer was selected for the fellowship In Indonesia by IFA (Institute of Foreign Relationships)
