I am a trainer currently living in Armenia.
My journey has been nothing short of an adventure! With more than 10 years of experience and with non formal education as a base of my work I delivered trainings for youth leaders & youth workers on the topics of Empowerment, Volunteer Management, Intercultural Learning. I have also expertise in Social entrepreneurship.
My heart beats also for the magic of learning through games. Yep, you heard it right-games, a method proving both fun and effective.

Work experience
My journey into the world of youth work training began immediately after I first time participated in a non-formal education training on voluntary management back in 2009. Since then, from the age of 20, I have been actively engaged with youth organizations and initiatives across Armenia.
Starting from 2015 I have been engaged in training youth and informal groups on topics of participation and empowerment, volunteering, and quality of European voluntary service. For four years, I worked as a Coordinator for the European Voluntary Service with YCCD NGO. Implementing training activities and using non-formal educational methodologies helped me later also to become certified trainer through long term Facilitation School with MitOst e.V in Germany.
