I am a PhD candidate in Operations and Project Management with over eight years of experience in humanitarian action, project leadership, and organizational development. I currently lead Logos NGO as Head of Organization and co-founder, managing multidisciplinary teams and implementing projects across the EU and the Caucasus region in close cooperation with donors, authorities, and local stakeholders.
My field experience includes regional coordination for World Central Kitchen in Poland and humanitarian deployments in Turkey, Morocco, Mexico, Cyprus, and Bangladesh, with a focus on needs assessments, community engagement, and emergency response. As a trainer, I combine academic rigor with real-world practice, emphasizing practical tools, participatory methods, and case-based learning to strengthen project management, leadership, and operational capacity in humanitarian and development contexts
