Formal education provided me theoretical knowledge about the basics of journalism. But I gained my experience working as a journalist in TV & creating documentaries each week. I learned by doing. The most important things & experience weren't provided to me studying in the University, I’ve learned many useful things working hand by hand with professional documentary makers of Lithuania. So, now I feel being capable to share my knowledge with others, especially with young people. Training courses based on Non-formal education methods gave me opportunity to know better how to be a good trainer, how to share my knowledge. Moreover, during these training courses I learned many different topics such as conflict and crisis management, European citizenship, importance of Intercultural learning, group building, learning stiles, designing a training, importance of volunteering, etc. I still keep learning and studying many different topics, methods and methodologies for being a better trainer. All my knowledge I wish to share with young people all over the Europe and outside Europe.
