My life is a colorful bouquet of flowers. Not only that I have fun in many things - especially diversity is fun for me. Everything that can't be squeezed into a frame inspires me. I always find new approaches for open group processes. Breaking down barriers, learning, developing with everyone - that's my thing. Volunteering is part of my life. In the scouts and musical youth work, on summer camps and tent camps, I learned what it means to work with groups, to listen, to recognise talents and to give space for everyone to develop. In recent years, I have been particularly involved in the empowerment of women. Here I have once again understood practically for myself how individual the experience of discrimination is. Through my association di-world e.V., I also have experience in registering associations and acquiring funding for project implementation, as well as active networking.
