Youth Exchange: “Entrepreneurship & Startups” – Trainer, Lithuania (July 2025)
Designed and delivered non-formal sessions to foster entrepreneurial mindset among 30 young participants in collaboration with NGO Unique Projects.

ChangemakerXchange – Facilitation Training for Climate Ecosystem Builders – Co-trainer (July 2025)
Delivered an intensive 5-day training summit for young European climate leaders. Responsible for session design, energy holding, and facilitation. Supported by Fondazione Cariplo.

EstYes Erasmus+ KA2 – “Gender Conscious Youth Work” – Trainer & Project Manager (2023–2024)
Co-designed training curricula and facilitated workshops to build awareness of gender-based violence and develop inclusive youth work practices.
