Work experience
Six years of experience as a trainer in Erasmus+ training courses (KA1 - mobility of youth workers). I was involved in preparation and implementation of projects funded through Erasmus+ programme, CERV, Internal Security Fund, European Social Fund, Norway Grants and other sources.
My main focus is on active citizenship and critical thinking, social inclusion and interreligious dialogue. I have gained a valuable intercultural experience by working for Ahmadiyya Muslim Community in Zagreb. My recent work revolves around teaching citizenship and fostering European values among youth.
I'm a co-author of educational publications on youth work (available on Salto) : 1) A guide to interreligious dialogue in youth work and beyond with toolbox of non-formal activities ; 2) Uprooting radicalisation and violent extremism through youth work; 3) Using digital youth work to reach disadvantaged youth; 4) A guide to foster critical approach and creation of quality media content; 5) Non-formal approach to fostering active citizenship among youth - digital toolkit.
Educational pathway
Master of Philosophy, Master of Religious Studies (Faculty of Philosophy and Religion in Zagreb). These studies enabled me to acquire intercultural knowledge relevant in youth work, as well as crucial skills of critical thinking.
