Trainer, Facilitator, Coach
In 2010, I founded his own freelancing business as trainer, facilitator, moderator, consultant and coach. Topics such as personal and organizational development and leadership are my main interests. As a certified trainer and coach, my clients range from corporate businesses and NGOs to individuals aspiring to high achievements in various career paths. By now, I have gained over three-thousand hours of experience in over thirty countries on four continents.
Recent projects as trainer, facilitator and moderator (not as participant) include, among others: a global youth conference in India, a youth trainer education conference in Lithuania and a youth leadership conference in Slovakia (all in 2015); a coaching certification course in Germany, a United Nations conference on arctic biodiversity in Norway, a university teambuilding in Germany, two youth leadership and strategy conferences in Malta and Poland and a youth trainer education conference in Turkey (all in 2014); a university intercultural training and a youth summer school in Germany, a youth trainer education conference in Czech Republic, a global youth conference in Egypt, four youth leadership conferences in Germany, Czech Republic, Romania and Slovakia, a United Nations conference on global biodiversity (all in 2013).
Coming up is a big youth leadership conference in Kazakhstan and further involvements with global NGOs such as AIESEC; and, ongoing, is my coaching practice, virtually and physically in Berlin.
In the past, I completed several corporate stations of various industries with a strong focus on consulting, project management and organizational development: in a strategy project for a leading automotive OEM at Arthur D. Little, in Inhouse Consulting of Deutsche Bank on a post-merger integration project, in the development of IT strategies for consumer goods producers at KMPG and an automotive IT consulting project of Accenture. These experiences allowed me to expand my portfolio with team management, business coaching, project management and professional (soft&hard) skills.
Attending two Train-the-Trainer seminars in 2009/2010 and a Train-the-advanced-Trainer seminar on facilitation and intercultural competences in 2010 laid the educational foundation for my freelancing business as a trainer, facilitator and coach. In 2011, I got educated in the Art of Hosting (AoH) for advanced group facilitation, before moving into the coaching arena: I got certified as an international coach in 2013 and as a master coach in 2014.
Furthermore in 2014, I graduated with excellence in my studies of industrial engineering and management at Technical University Berlin. Additionally graduating MSc by the European Institute of Technology led me abroad to Wageningen University, ETH Zurich and Paris-Sorbonne. I set my academic focus on climate management and social entrepreneurship - topics that are dear to me in the training arena.
Starting in 2006, I engaged with the world’s biggest student organization AIESEC. My path led me from being project leader, local president, regional coordinator to international conference chair, trainer and moderator - and today, an active alumni. I consider these roles largely as the most important educational experiences of my life.
