Work experience
I am working as a freelance soft skills trainer and life coach. During the last 5 years I have been part of several trainings and team building projects at ESN and at my University. Those projects are related to soft skills development, mostly teamwork, conflict management and time management. Besides that, I have co-designed and co-delivered a 4-days training about Intercultural Communication as part of a Project called Eduk8 which aims at developing the soft skills of Erasmus Student Network volunteer members through Non Formal Education.

Educational pathway
My first training for trainers event was in August 2013, the Eduk8 T4T Cluj Napoca - Basic Track, it was when my passion for NFE started. With the basic tools I've learned in this event I started to practice and delivered several workshops and short trainings for my student association (ESN Lisboa). Then, the next year I participated in the Eduk8 T4T Trento - Advanced Track, and I felt even more developed as a facilitator and trainer. After that I decided to start a Master course in Human Resources management which I have finished in December 2016. I have recently finished a coaching certification by International Coach Federation (ICF) and I have practiced more than 50 hours of individual and team coaching.
