Youth Worker | Trainer | Facilitator
Work experience
Since 2005 I work as a youth worker in Adamastor, a non profit youth organization in Viseu, Portugal. There I developed my skills as facilitator, trainer, youth leader, management, planning and coordination of European projects. I am a Lego® Serious Play® Certified Facilitator. In 2015 I started one of my biggest projects, the Youth Hostel (HI Viseu) where I am the CEO. Currently member of the Portuguese NA's pool of trainers.
Educational pathway
Degree in Law University, with a Post Graduation in Criminal Investigation. Trainer of trainers (Certificate of Pedagogical Competencies), Certificate in Recruitment and Selection in Human Resources, Trainer of Trainers for non formal education by the Portuguese NA, Trainer of trainers from Salto-Youth, LEGO® Serious Play® facilitator.
