TOY minimum quality criteria

The minimum criteria for trainers to be in the TOY database are:

having run at least 3 international residential training activities (= experience with international/intercultural groups & working in international teams)
of minimum 3 days (= experience with steering group dynamics over a longer period)
in the youth work field (= tailor-made for young people or the youth work sector)
using non-formal education/learning (= participant-centred interactive methods)
as a full-time trainer (= responsible for achieving the overall educational goals, not just a few short sessions).
