Who is in TOY?

You will find trainers who are experienced in 'non-formal education' (training) in the youth (work) field, as you can see from the references in the TOY-profiles. Some are full-time trainers (training is their main job), others do training next to another professional activity.

All trainers have worked on (at least 3) international youth training courses of different organisations and institutions such as SALTO-YOUTH, the European Youth Centres of the Council of Europe, National Agencies of the YOUTH in Action programme, the EU-CoE Youth Partnership, the European Youth Forum, youth NGOs, etc.
