TOY complaints

What if a trainer fails to deliver? SALTO cannot be responsible for the quality of the trainers listed in TOY even though minimum criteria will be checked before we activate a trainer's TOY profile.

It is up to the contracting training organiser to check the trainer's competences by looking through their CVs, talking to them directly and by contacting their reference persons.

However, we welcome all feedback regarding trainers via toy@salto-youth.net and trainers can be desactivated after serious complaints.
