Current occupation

Freelance trainer and facilitator

Work experience

Since 2018, I have been working as a freelance trainer and facilitator for (and with) organisations, universities, think tanks and private companies from the EU, Western Balkans and South Caucasus – from designing and running trainings for innovative educators to co-facilitating an EU presidency conference. I am a member of the pool of trainers of the Czech NA.

From 2013 to 2022 I was involved in Czech Youth NGO Be International – starting as a volunteer, going all the way through being project manager to main trainer and board member.

I work within the methodology of non-formal education, valuing interactivity of the learning process. My main fields of expertise are:
- game-based learning and gamification in education
- soft and facilitation competences
- human rights education with focus on intercultural learning
- project development
