Work experience
Bogdan Vaida burst onto the training scene in 2009 using extremely old Powerpoint presentations. Luckily, 2 years later he switched to experiential trainings and learning by doing, methodologies that he practiced devotedly into all of his trainings. Known for his no-nonsense approach to getting results, Bogdan has been told that he helps participants get their own “insanely practical insights”.
What does he do? He travels around the world doing experiential trainings in fields ranging from time management to personality typologies and trainer training.
While doing this he also manages his online courses that have over 10 000 students from all over the world.
In 2015 he beat the record for total time spent in airports.
His main teaching interests are: experiential trainings, time management, interpersonal communication, public speaking, leadership and bootcamp organizational skills.
He has held over 200 offline trainings and speeches and he takes part in the School in the Cloud project (Sugata Mitra has a TED talk on it) where he facilitates learning, self esteem and empowerment to 8-12 years old from India.

Educational pathway
I'm deeply interested in the fields of non-formal education and experiential trainings. During the last years, 2013-2015 I've traveled in more than 20 countries studying effective methods for transferring knowhow from local trainers both known and unknown.
Some of the things I learned:
- the holistic teaching model Finland will be adopting in the next few years
- how a Turkish non-profit teaches the Quran to the children of Syrian refugees
- experiential trainings and debriefing in Armenia
- how a trainer from Poland empowers youths to develop their own entrepreneurship skills
- how sharing deep stories that make you vulnerable strengthen the connections with your peers with trainers from Israel
- how a trainer from UK creates long term learning with innovative debriefing techniques
- how to develop leadership and create trust using Sensory Labyrinth Theatre with trainers from Italy
With the methods I've learned during my travels I've created the first experiential bootcamp in Romania, a bootcamp organized entirely by the participants. Everything from training curriculum and up to the followup is prepared by the participants with help from professional coaches. Learning happens before the "official" bootcamp date.
I'd love to take part in other trainings, share my knowledge and learn from fellow trainers.
