This handbook aims to share European resources, suggestions, initiatives samples, activities and reflection based on field experience

Learning outcomes:
- Understand the concepts of media and digital literacy, digital citizenship education, autonomy and critical thinking
- Raise awareness about digital transition risks and opportunities especially with young people facing vulnerable situations;
- known European projects and resources related to youth and digital citizenship education.
