The participants will introduce themselves in a creative way

Description of the tool

The participants are given 15 minutes to talk to their neighbours and prepare for them a Superhero Academy student card containing:
- the image that represents them best as persons
- personal data (name, organisation, country)
- answers to a specific question: Why you decided to come to this seminar?
Then they need to present to the group which image they chose and what is the motivation of the person to come to the seminar. 15’ (round)

Expected outcome: The participants will need to think about what kind of a first impression/image they got of their peers, they will get to know each other better and they will practice speaking in front of a group. At the same time the “student cards” will stay as reminders on the wall throughout the week. They will also be only the first peace of a puzzle about the image of each individual participant.
