The methods can be chosen preferring the trainer’s style and experience. This is just a brief explanation following the ediucational logic of the workshop.
1. Workshop starts with the simulation game “Rafa Rafa” (for the description of the method look in the attachment).
2. After the debriefing of the simulation game participants in smalls groups 20 min. discuss the following questions: “what is culture”, “multicultural and intercultural society”, “what is importance of language in culture”, “what is the role of traditions and rules in culture”, etc. In plenary groups give brief presentation of their work in groups.
3. Theoretical part on different layers of the culture is done interactively. Using “Model of onion” for each layer people are asked to give examples from their experience or daily life (for the description of onion model look in attachment).
4. After theoretical part of the workshop short science of well-known video film is shown what reflects on the different layers of culture.
