Aims of the tool

The toolkit, developed as part of the "NO-NEET" Erasmus+ Project, aims to empower young people, particularly NEETs (those not in education, employment, or training), by promoting active citizenship, initiative-taking, and addressing key priorities such as employability and entrepreneurship learning. It also focuses on the inclusion of marginalized individuals facing social and economic challenges. Additionally, the toolkit enhances the capacity of participating organizations, youth workers, and leaders through shared tools and resources. The toolkit includes 10 educational kits designed specifically for young people to support their development in these areas.

Description of the tool

Our toolkit for learning, developed under the "NO-NEET" project, is designed to support young people, particularly NEETs, by promoting essential skills for their personal and professional development. The toolkit consists of 10 educational kits that focus on enhancing employability, fostering entrepreneurial thinking, and encouraging active citizenship. It also promotes the social inclusion of marginalized groups facing social and economic challenges.
The toolkit helps learners develop skills such as communication, problem-solving, and teamwork, which are crucial for entering the job market.
It introduces young people to the fundamentals of entrepreneurship, including idea generation, business planning, and financial literacy.
The toolkit encourages participants to engage in their communities, take initiative, and contribute positively to society.

This tool is for

TG 1: youth workers, educators need to increase their competencies to work with the NEETs, to be able to include them in the activities of their organizations, to support their personal and professional development, to develop their competencies needed to succeed in labor market, to become actively engage, to be able to cooperate with the representatives of other sectors on addressing the needs and issues of NEETs through common projects and initiatives. Youth workers and educators will develop their competencies, have an opportunity to explore the practices from other countries and moreover from other sectors. They will be selected through open calls that will be shared by the participating organizations based on the criteria discussed and agreed upon in the preparation period. TG 2: representatives of the educational sector, businesses, local governments working, and/or interested to work on the project focusing on NEETs. The representatives of other sectors will have an opportunity to take part in round tables that will be organized in each participating country. It will be an opportunity for them to share their perception of working with NEETs, their needs, and issues. It will be a chance to network and discuss the possible ways of developing the quality of the services targeting NEETs. They will be identified by the participating organizations and invited to take part. Open calls will be published, as well. TG 3: young people belonging to the NEETs. It means young people not studying, working, not receiving training for work. Young people are in danger of social exclusion, marginalization. These young people will be selected by the participating organizations through an open call and also through their ongoing activities on the topics related to the NEETs, youth unemployment. This target group will have an opportunity to directly increase their competencies through the participation online course and moreover, they will have the possibility to get equipped with information through visibility and
