This brochure is a short description of activities that can be done in a training course dedicated to group dynamics, especially for people who are working with volunteers for a longer time.

Aims of the tool

The tool aims to increase the level of knowledge of youth workers about group dynamics.
The activities we tested during a TC organized in Ramnicu Valcea between the 16th to 23 of November 2022.
Also, to provide the participants at our TC with specific
hands-on tools related to group dynamics - coaching,
conflict management, team building and Leadership.
