This booklet is a result of training Youthworker 2.0 on social inclusion in international voluntary projects. It summarizes theories, discussions and results of the training. Hopefully it will be useful for other leaders and trainers.

Aims of the tool

The aim is to support youth workers, youth leaders and youth trainers - basically anybody who works with groups at various projects. The booklet should give them context, practical solutions and inspiration regarding the inclusion of young people with fewer opportunities into groups at voluntary projects.

Description of the tool

This booklet is a result of the 2nd training in project Youthworker 2.0 on how to include young people with fewer opportunities or special needs into groups of participants at voluntary projects and trainings. The booklet summarizes background theories we focused on and worked with (such as non-formal education context, intro to inclusion, iceberg theory, victim-accountable chart, etc.) together with personal experience of the participants and real life examples and workshops participants created and practiced during the training. It also summarizes other inspirations we gathered during the training - energizers and teambuilding games, relaxation techniques, etc.

This booklet was created by all the participants and the team of the training course.
