The project "PREserving Mental Health" focuse on maintaining mental well-being amid social media challenges through non-formal educational activities such as mindfulness, BreathWork, and journaling.
The aim of the "PREserving Mental Health" project is to enhance mental well-being and personal development through mindful, non-formal activities, helping participants manage the challenges of social media and foster self-awareness and community engagement.
The learning in the "PREserving Mental Health" project focuses on developing self-awareness, stress management, and personal growth through mindful practices, reflective activities, and collaborative group experiences.
