Aims of the tool

Presentation's aim is to introduce participants to the concept of disinformation and misinformation.
To introduce the ways how to identify disinformation and how to protect themselves from it.

Description of the tool

Disinformation is theorical presentation aiming to increase media literacy and critical thinking of participants by introducing disinformation and misinformation concepts, ways to identify it and protect themselves.
Presentation consists of 4 sub-parts:
1. What is disinformation?
2. What is the difference between disinformation and misinformation?
3. How to recognize disinformation? (practical tips)
4. How to protect yourself from disinformation? (practical tips).
Accompanying practical tasks are applicable/optional.
