Exercise
Each participant will design its own strategy on how he/she will proceed their work back home within their NGO regarding a particular inclusion group.
The participants will get some individual reflection time in order to develop their strategies of working and ImageBuilding for the future.
They need to reflect on:
1. Their AIM: What they wish to achieve in the long run
2. Their OBJECTIVES: To identify some short-term objectives thet will help them reach their aim
3. Identify a PERSONAL STRATEGY of reaching the aim and objectives: they need to identify the main approach for themselves, their work, that they will use for reaching their aim and objectives
Possibility: Afterwards, they sit together with another person and introduce this strategy to that person in order to be able to get some feedback, clarify some questions or get an extra suggestion. (this requires additional time - extra 15-20 min)
P.S. This method was used as the first stem in a development of a personal action plan for when they get back home to their organisations!
