Aims of the tool

To support youth workers and organizations in building sustainable partnerships, enhancing capacity, and fostering the development of innovative Erasmus+ projects by sharing best practices and providing structured guidance on partnership-building activities.

Description of the tool

Purpose:
The handbook serves as a guide for organizing Partnership-Building Activities (PBAs) with the aim of connecting youth workers and organizations across different countries. It emphasizes capacity-building, innovation, and the exchange of knowledge to create sustainable and impactful partnerships.

Methodology:
The "Partner Up" handbook outlines structured approaches for PBAs, offering a combination of self-managed and facilitated working spaces. It encourages active participation, sharing of experiences, and collaboration on project development through workshops, networking activities, and strategic planning sessions.

Learning Outcomes:

Partnership Development: Participants will learn how to establish and nurture partnerships for transnational cooperation and future Erasmus+ projects.
Capacity-Building: Users will gain skills in project management and explore tools to strengthen their organizations’ capacity for youth work.
