Aims of the tool

The aims are:

1) enhancing personal development in general wellbeing in mapped 5 areas: self-management, emotional and mental health wellbeing, travel hacks, physical wellbeing and legal matters.

2) promoting wellbeing of youth work trainers in challenging times.

Description of the tool

This tool is for self-managing personal wellbeing. It is made from trainers for trainers.

Learning outcomes:

1) to learn how to manage personal wellbeing in terms of psychical and mental/emotional health together with travel planning and legal matters.
2) to easy comprehend self-management in short period of time.
3) to support self and others in busy work-schedule.
