The publication advocates for increased attention to the aspects of wellbeing in youth worker and for youth workers.
Well-being comes from the ability to aligns thoughts, emotions and physical sensations, in our everyday situation and not only to counterbalance stress and avoid burn-out.
The publication presents the approach to Emotional Intelligence for young people and youth workers to deal with their own emotions and thoughts associated with the challenges of our time.
The approach based on the concept of the 3 brains has been widely tested and refined through a 2 years long process, involving youth workers, young people and stakeholders in the field.
