The ECO-FUTURE Toolkit provides practical workshops and games for teachers and youth workers to introduce sustainability and circular economy education at an early age which is completely free.
- To provide students with awareness of circular economy and sustainability.
- To strengthen educators’ teaching skills on environmental and green issues.
- To provide students with problem-solving and creative thinking skills.
- To encourage sustainable lifestyle by creating awareness of responsible consumption and waste management.
- To spread ecological awareness in society and support individual sustainable behaviours.
The ECO-FUTURE Toolkit was developed as a practical educational resource for students, educators and youth workers on sustainability and the circular economy. The workshops, games and animations it includes aim to introduce complex concepts to young learners in a fun and understandable way. Teachers can use the tool in and outside the classroom to help students learn circular economy principles in practice through activities such as recycling projects, reuse designs and waste audits. The toolkit is also equipped with tasks and games that develop children’s creative thinking, problem-solving and collaboration skills.
The free resource is available in English, Italian, Finnish and Macedonian.
