The Challenge
You've made it to the final round of a prestigious European Union competition, contending for a grand prize by demonstrating your prowess in managing a socially responsible bakery. The ultimate test? Navigate a multi-area game simulation where your mission is to "escape" by establishing a thriving business within 36 months. Explore dedicated rooms—Action, Knowledge, Skills, and Sustainable—to make informed decisions. Achieve profitability while making a positive social impact and minimizing environmental footprints.

Getting Started
Before the flour settles, you'll tackle critical steps like securing necessary permits and conducting market research to finely tune your product offerings to the community's needs. From selecting the perfect location to choosing sustainable energy options and the right bakery equipment—every decision counts.

Strategic Choices
Opt between essential business elements such as insurance and energy sources (like going solar). Your bakery’s success hinges on these decisions along with the selection of skilled bakers and salespersons. Their unique talents will significantly influence customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Operational Dynamics
Once set up, take charge of monthly production decisions. Choose from an array of products including white bread, baguettes, whole grain bread, pretzels, and pita bread.
