Consists of a Booklet addressed to youth workers, containing good practices, methodologies, activities, and practical exercises to help young people reduce stress and regain mental and physical equilibrium.

Aims of the tool

To provide youth workers with effective tools and resources to help young people manage stress caused by stressful situations and unpredictable phenomena, ultimately reducing distress and negative feelings.

Description of the tool

The Booklet contains a collection of methodologies, good practices, and activities derived from dancing and artistic empowering online training and the Learning Training and Teaching Activities. These resources have been adjusted and improved for practical use. Additionally, the Booklet includes a section with links to videos that provide tutorials on how to apply the activities and techniques.
