Exercise
Understand the different perception of quality in projects and develop ground for further discussions and sharing on quality issues in projects
1. Trainer identifies the level of experience and roles of people in the group by asking different questions to participants about their experience with youth projects, their roles and responsibilities. (10 min.)
2. According to the experience and role people are invited to join the group of “young people” or “youth workers”. The groups are more or less equal in number of people. Participants stand in 2 lines. The first person starts by running to the chair, making 1 round and writing 1 thing what makes a project good quality in cultural diversity. After everyone contributed groups are invited to see the results and discuss there the understanding of quality differs according the roles and there it is similar. (15 min.)
3. During the second round people stand in the line and the last person starts by whispering to the front person 1 thing what makes the project bad quality in cultural diversity. Again by the end of this round groups are invited to see the results and discuss there the understanding of quality differs according the roles and there it is similar (15 min.)
