This tool was created in the context of the project "Erasmus Villages: Job Shadowing in Rural Settings" and represents a collection of good practices for planning and implementing international youth mobility projects.

Aims of the tool

This handbook aims to guide project managers and youth workers in designing high-quality international mobilities in the framework of Erasmus+ projects.

Description of the tool

The Handbook provides a collection of tasks that must be undertaken in the different phases of the project life cycle and corresponding tips on what to consider while implementing each step. It also provides readers with all the important official documents that a project manager operating in the frame of Erasmus+ should read and be aware of. Lastly, it presents many different tools for effective online cooperation among partners and with the participants of the projects.
