The project promotes Emancipatory Simulations for Inclusive Societies by equipping youth workers with tools to transform conflicts and foster inclusion. It introduces two educational tools: a simulation game addressing cultural conflicts and a role-play on international humanitarian issues. These tools help participants develop strategies to resolve conflicts while embracing diverse perspectives. The project also enhances understanding of social and cultural dynamics, empowering youth workers to address injustice in their communities. Advocating for emancipatory practices, it challenges power structures and fosters equality. After the training, a comprehensive manual was created to expand access to these tools.
