Purpose:
The handbook aims to enhance the capacity and professionalism of youth workers and youth leaders in non-formal education. It seeks to bridge the gap between formal, non-formal, and informal learning, fostering lifelong education and mobility while promoting values of democracy, diversity, and intercultural understanding.

Methodology:
The "Learning Balloon" handbook incorporates practical exercises, intercultural learning approaches, and best practices to help youth workers and leaders grow their cognitive, affective, and practical skills. It emphasizes participation, creativity, and ownership in the learning process.
