Youth work skills development

Project is focused at increasing self-confidence in young people in order to better compete in the labor market.

Since one of the goals of Europe 2020 is to increase the employment rate of the population aged 20-64 years from the current 69% to at least 75%, and youth unemployment is the most negative trend that appears in the EU, by implementation of this project we want to educate young people to develop the necessary skills for successful employment.
Given that the modern European labor market poses new challenges every day, we want to teach young people how to achieve better personal development.

Project goals:
1. Raising self confidence in young people's life
2. Acquiring new skills necessary to compete in the modern labor market
3. International collaboration
4. Non-formal education and activities
5. Establishing new partnerships and relationships to support European citizenship
6. Knowledge of foreign languages
7. Tolerance and dissemination

During the process we will work on solving these problems through next activities:
- Workshops and mini games
- Intercultural learning activities
- Teamwork
- Information about Host Organisation
- Personal presentation of young entrepreneurs-examples of good practices
- Presentations
- Debates

In the end of project, participants will discover importance of lifelong learning in order to develop personal skills that will be applicable in everyday life.
