Youth exchange on sustainability to raise awareness through intercultural learning, outdoor activities, and creative youth-led workshops.

Project Title: Youth for a Greener Future – KA152 Youth Exchange

This project aims to bring together young people from different European countries to raise awareness on environmental sustainability through non-formal education and intercultural exchange. The exchange will take place in Istanbul in 2025 and will last for 7 program days (+2 travel days).

Participants (aged 15–16) will engage in various activities such as workshops on sustainability, eco-friendly practices, creative presentations, and cultural visits. Outdoor learning, youth-led discussions, and team-building games will strengthen intercultural dialogue and environmental consciousness.

We are looking for 2–3 partner schools from EU countries that are enthusiastic about empowering youth, sustainability, and European cooperation. Each partner will send a group of students and one group leader.

The working language will be English, and only basic communication skills are required.

Our project will be inclusive of young people with fewer opportunities, including those facing economic difficulties and students with mild physical or learning disabilities. We aim to ensure equal access and participation for all students by adapting activities when necessary and providing additional support (such as travel aid, mentoring, or personalized learning materials). The hosting venue in Istanbul will be accessible and suitable for diverse needs. Partner organizations are also encouraged to include such students in their delegations.
