YOUth CAN DO IT

The objective of this project is to create a common methodology, resulting from the exchange of good practices among professionals of the labor inclusion. This methodology is specific for the group of young people at risk of social exclusion.

Through the analysis and collective evaluation of our own methodologies, we want to see the strengths and weaknesses of our procedures to design a common methodology at the international level that allows us to draw effective strategies to correct the difficulties that arise in the itineraries: lack of youth motivation, rejection of businessmen to inclusion, more dynamic activities etc.

After developing the common methodology, it is necessary to validate it, for this, each of the partners must design a work schedule for young people using the common methodology. After developing the itinerary, you should evaluate the results of the common methodology versus the methodology.

Finally, the results will be shared and the degree of effectiveness of the procedure will be assessed.
